There are 5 simple things you can do, to stay healthy.

1. Avoid smoking with smokers

2. Eat right and keep your BMI (Body Mass Index) at 18,5 - 24,8

3. Try to avoid alcohol

4. Exercise daily

5. Sleep well

1. Avoid smoking with smokers

The dangers of smoking.

If you smoke, you should stop, smoking hurts you and everyone around you.

Did you know?

- Smokers are at higher risk of heart attack.

- Smokers are at higher risk of lung cancer.

Each year more than 300,000 Americans die from lung cancer, caused by smoking.

- 75% of deaths caused by Emphysema and Bronchitis are directly related to smoking.

If you want to stay healthy, you will need to stop smoking and avoid smokers, because "Smoking Non-Smoking" can be dangerous, such as "Active Smoking".

2. Eat well and Keep your BMI (Body Mass Index) at 18,5 - 24,8

How Can You Eat Right?

As I said in my previous article: "Food: How Can You Make Your Food Work for You?" , your body needs a balanced, balanced daily diet: vitamins, minerals, protein, and carbohydrates.

- Provide an effective Weight Management solution

- Lower fat and increase your body tone

- Prevent and reduce the signs of aging

- Strengthening the immune system and heart

- Control blood sugar and insulin levels

- Help control cholesterol levels

- Improve your memory and mental clarity

What is BMI and how can its knowledge help you improve your health?

By knowing your BMI, you can determine if your weight is in line with the standard or if you are overweight (or your weight is not enough).

BMI is directly related to health risks; as BMI grows, the risk also increases.

This is why it is so important to know your Body Mass Index and keep it safe (18,5 - 24,8)

BMI Formula (Metric): BMI = (Weight in Kilograms / (Meter Length) x (Meter Length))

BMI Formula (English): BMI = (Weight in kilograms / (Length in inches) x (Length in inches) x 703

3. Try to avoid drinking Alcohol.

So why is it so important to avoid alcohol, in order to improve your health?

Alcohol has many side effects:

- damage to the heart and nervous system

- stomach ailments

- liver damage

- turn off

- high risk of alcoholism

Therefore, if you are determined to live a healthy lifestyle - avoid alcohol by all means.

4. Exercise Daily.

Exercise is very important in a person's life and proves to be a good remedy for many well-known deaths.

How much exercise is enough?

To be healthy, you need at least 10 -15 minutes a day of exercise.

Also, you can combine your daily activities with exercise, to save time.

Here are just a few examples:

- Walk at least 5000 steps a day

- Climb stairs instead of using elevators.

- Do some running instead of walking.

5. Lie on the Right.

A good night's sleep is very important, without you, all the things I said above, would not work.
